Boo the Flu! Flu Shot Clinic

Cold and flu season is upon us! One of the best ways to prevent getting sick is getting your annual flu shot. Student Health and Wellness is hosting a Flu Shot Clinic for students, faculty, and staff. Stop by the Wellness Centre on Oct 31 st to get a Halloween treat, and a flu shot!

To help things run smoothly, we encourage everyone to complete this consent form and bring it to their appointment. Paper copies will be available to complete upon arrival. Please bring your health card with you if you have one.
