Indigenous Cultural Safety Educator ID 01999238  - Permanent Full Time (Non – Contract)    Salary range for these positions  $72,445 to $104,139 starting salary will be based on education, training and experience.

Qualifications:

A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Adult Learning or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of recent, related experience in coaching, mentoring, training, conflict resolution, and the facilitation of Indigenous Cultural Safety education or Indigenous-Specific Anti-racism education, including education plans, evaluation, and reporting. Term Specific,  Penticton Regional Hospital until August 31, 2024, or upon return of incumbent.
The schedule for this position is Thursday to Sunday 10:30 - 17:15, and will work 3 weeks on and one week off.
