Programs

It’s Your Move is a joint program with Human Resources, Campus Recreation (TBay) and Athletics (OR) that aims to increase physical activity among students, staff and faculty.  Each semester a challenge is offered to the Lakehead community to meet a different physical activity goal that aligns with or exceeds CSEP’s Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines.
