We are excited to invite you to an Open Forum for students who identify as equity seeking (domestic and international underrepresented groups, Indigenious, women and 2SLGBTQIA+) in STEM to hear what barriers you are facing with respect to your future careers.
The Open Forum is a way for you to share your experience and worries while considering your next steps. We would like to hear how you feel and see how we could provide better support for your future.
The Open Forum will include food and drinks for you to enjoy. Further, the facilitators will be taking notes and recording your responses while respecting your anonymity. The event will run an hour and a half. We ask that you please RSVP as we are looking for 30 students to participate in the first forum. If we have a number of students who would like to participate, we will select the first who signed up, and then in our next forum, select those who were unable to attend due to restrictions.
