Wellness Centre services are available to any student who can show proof of registration as a full-time or part-time Lakehead University student.

When attending an appointment, don't forget:

To bring your Lakehead University Student ID card
To bring your health card to every appointment
To arrive 10 minutes early so your chart can be prepared or updated
