Our Purpose Statement:

Lakehead University is embarking on a bold vision to transform our campuses and student experiences with an ambitious capital campaign. 

Our students and our communities deserve to set the bar high. We want to attract more students from across the globe - to internationalize Lakehead, transform our communities, and triple ‘outbound’ students to study abroad. The world is getting smaller - in order to solve these big lofty problems we need to understand each other, exchange ideas, and rethink what we thought we knew. 

None of this is possible without you. Lakehead needs others to join us on this journey - to stand with us and our students. We need others to step up and with a clear voice say that the North and Simcoe County deserves the very best in a University education. Lakehead is at the intersection of access to innovative learning and positive change.
