The Multimedia Service Unit at Lakehead University provides reliable technological communication services to support the University community and external partners. We utilize Zoom to facilitate seamless video conferencing for meetings, classes, and events, ensuring effective communication across locations. Our services are available to administration, faculty, researchers, students, and staff, as well as private industries, organizations, government agencies, and academic institutions across Canada and internationally.

Services Offered:

Classroom Support: Assisting faculty and staff with classroom technology, including setup and troubleshooting of AV equipment.

Video Conferencing: Supporting efficient communication over Zoom for meetings, classes, and events.

Special Events: Providing setup and technical support for events requiring AV equipment, including sound systems, projectors, and microphones.
