Duplex Printing

To print double sided from a lab computer do the following:

1. From the program you are working in (eg. Word or Excel) select Print.

2.  Select the printer you wish to print to and then click on Printer Properties.

3.  Select 2-sided long edge from the printing preferences dialog box.  If the selection is not allowed this means the printer you have chosen does not have the ability to print double sided.  You can press cancel and go back and select another printer.

4. Press OK , and select Print and you should get the popup for billing. Once confirmed, press Print again.
