Graduate Diploma in Management

The Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM) is a flexible way for professionals to develop critical skills and business knowledge for their next step in their professional careers.

Not all learners are able to commit to a graduate degree program. The GDM allows students to gain a customized management credential that can be used to address their individual learning needs. Learners who are successful in the GDM may also have the option to transfer into the MBA program upon completion.

To earn this diploma, students must successfully complete two courses from list A, and two from list B.
While the program is available online or in person, please note that each course is typically only offered online once every 3 years.

A student in the Graduate Diploma in Management may apply for admission to the Part-Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Meeting the minimum requirements does not necessarily guarantee admission. Though the GMAT is not a requirement of the Graduate Diploma in Management, it remains a requirement of the MBA program. Students who have completed the graduation requirements of the Graduate Diploma in Management with a GPA of 83% and no individual mark under 71% may be considered for a waiver of the GMAT requirement of the MBA. Courses taken in the Graduate Diploma in Management may be credited toward completion of the MBA program, provided the courses are part of the MBA curriculum at the time of admission.
