Our environmentally-sustainable 240-bed residence features a unique modern design where each student will have their own single room with a shared bathroom with only one other person.
Each floor houses 40 single rooms, a laundry facility, kitchenette, and quiet study room.

Residence HallsOrillia Residence is a modern, 7 floor, smoke-free residence hall. It is the preferred type of housing for Secondary School level students who are leaving home for the very first time and also for international and upper year students who enjoy community living and the stress-free convenience of being on campus. With a full meal plan included, residence students can enjoy extra study and activity time while not worrying about meal preparation and cleanup. Students are assigned to a single room with only 2 students sharing a full bathroom. |
