To book an appointment:

THUNDER BAY:

Medical appointments 
Counselling appointments
  • New patient: Please first complete our Intake Form which will then redirect you to Medeo to book your appointment online.
  • Existing patient: Book online at lakeheadu.ca/shw-med or call 807-343-8361. 
  •  Book online at lakeheadu.ca/shw-couns or call 807-343-8361.
    • Same Day/Next Day Appointments are released every morning for that same afternoon and the following morning.

ORILLIA: 

Request for all health services and counselling appointments can be made through mySuccess.

Please note that Student Health and Wellness is not equipped to deal with major emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, broken limbs, active suicidal thoughts or any other life-threatening injuries. Should an emergency arise while on campus, call 8911. For off-campus emergencies, you can also dial 911, or if you are able, proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
