To book an appointment:

THUNDER BAY:

Medical appointments 
Counselling appointments
  • New patient: please complete our Intake Form and someone from our office will contact you during regular business hours (Monday-Friday) to schedule an appointment
  • Existing patient: Call 807-343-8361
  •  Call 807-343-8361 or book online at lakeheadu.ca/shw-couns.
    • Same Day/Next Day Appointments are released every morning for that same afternoon and the following morning.

ORILLIA: 

Request for all health services and counselling appointments can be made through mySuccess.

Please note that Student Health and Wellness is not equipped to deal with major emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, broken limbs, active suicidal thoughts or any other life-threatening injuries.  Should an emergency arise while on campus, you should call 8911. For off-campus emergencies, you can also dial 911, or if you are able, proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
