Matt Szybalski

Matt Szybalski worked for the Scotiabank Group Archives for 19 years before becoming the Corporate Records Manager and City Archivist for the City of Thunder Bay in 2007. Matt is currently on the Board of the Archives Association of Ontario, and has served on the Boards of the Toronto Area Archivists Group, the Northwestern Ontario Archivists Association, the Association of Canadian Archivists, and the Exam Development Committee of the Academy of Certified Archivists. He Chaired the Conference Committee for the 2011 Archives Association of Ontario Conference held in Thunder Bay. Matt has presented papers at the annual conferences of the Association of Canadian Archivists, the Archives Association of Ontario, AMCTO, and the 2015 Privacy by Design User Forum. In Thunder Bay Matt is responsible for Archives, Records Management, Access and Privacy, and the Heritage Advisory Committee.
