The Commissioner will provide an overview of Ontario’s Environmental Bill of Rights, including past successes and challenges, and how upcoming changes will affect Ontarians’ environmental rights; recent climate science on the urgent threat climate change poses to our planet and province; Ontario’s current greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions; and what needs to be done to reduce emissions and adapt for the future.
