Orillia Campus Firepit Table Booking Process - Available to Internal University Departments Only

Please speak with Food & Conference Services who will guide you with regards to location.

What do I need to provide?

Lawn chairs or blankets, newspaper/paper to start the fire. 

How do I book?

Complete the "Fire Pit Waiver" and submit to Food and Conference Services at or.confserv@lakeheadu.ca.  10 business days' advance notice required. 

NOTE: For all events, you will need signed approval on this form from your Department or Faculty Head (signing authority) or LUSU. 

What are the fees?

Bookings are $50.00 and include 1 bag of wood and kindling.  This will be tracked and billed monthly through food & Conference Services. A limited supply of roasting skewers are included as well as lighters.
