Device Requirements

Mobility Print supports MacOS 12.6 or newer.

To add a printer

Ensure your Mac is connected to the LakeheadU wireless network.
Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
Click the + icon under the Printers List.

This dialog displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.
Select a printer, you can only add one at a time, the two printers you may add are:

mobility_colour
mobility_monochrome

Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
If Secure AirPrint is not displayed:
Close the Add dialog.
Disconnect from the network.
Reconnect to the network.
Try again. If you still cannot see Secure AirPrint, contact technical support here.
Click Add.

Print your document. When prompted enter your Lakehead University myEmail/myInfo username and password. 

NOTE: It will ask you if you want to update your Keychain password with that information, we recommend you choose yes.  If you select no, then you will have to enter your Lakehead username and password every time you print.

When you go to print, choose either the mobility_monochrome (black and white) or the mobility_colour (colour) queue. Print jobs can be released at any printer on campus. Log into the printer using your student number and PIN to release your print job.
