Updated Office Hours for Enhanced Service

To better serve you, we’ve adjusted our office hours to ensure that you receive the most focused and personalized support during your visits. Our team is always working diligently behind the scenes from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday. To make sure you get the attention you deserve, we’ve designated specific "consultation" hours for in-person visits. During these times (outlined below), our doors will be open, and you are welcome to come in for your appointment or stop by to get a quick answer to your queries.

Consultation Hours (Thunder Bay Campus)

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In order to schedule an appointment with one of the HR team members, find their contact card below and select “read more about [Name]”. From there, you will be able to view available times and schedule your appointment(s) as needed.
