Supporting Students in Distress
In this session you will learn about the mental health continuum, how to recognize signs of distress, how to respond, and what resources are available so that you can feel more confident in your interactions with students in distress.
Participants should come ready to participate as we will be taking an active learning approach using scenarios and activities.
Sessions will run October 25 2pm-3pm & October 29 9am-10am in the Teaching Commons (TB) and OA 2005 (Orillia).
