The Avilia Chapel Suite is a larger unit than those found in Bartley. In addition to the standard features, this suite offers a pull-out couch in the living room, and a large spacious kitchen/dining room area.

Prettie Suite

Basic Unit (4 bedrooms/2 baths / Unit not equipped with kitchen cookware/utensils)

  • All accommodation rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to a 13% charge in additional taxes as well as 4% MAT tax.
  • Please note that payment is required upon check-in (credit card or $250.00 cash deposit required for all room bookings). Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX)
    • Debit card
    • Cash
  • Conference groups are required to confirm bookings with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), a certified cheque or a $250 per person deposit. Please contact the office of Conference Services for more information.

  • A special cleaning service rate can be arranged for a fee of $150.00. This fee includes once-a-week vacuuming, changed bedding and washroom cleanings

  • Townhouse and apartment accommodations are rented out per UNIT only. Payment and assigning roommates must be arranged by the contact person booking the unit

  • Checkout time is 11:00 am. Guests who are unsure of the duration of their stay may pay day by day. Please note that all payments are due by 11:00 am, for the following day. Guests paying by the day are required to leave a credit card number with the Guest Accommodations Clerk upon check-in.

  • Check in will take place after 2:00 pm 
  • Barrier-free units are available in Apartments.
  • All accommodations and cots are subject to availability.
  • Weekly inspections are performed on rooms/units rented for more than seven (7) days.
