Barrier-Free Townhouse

Barrier-Free Townhouse units are all on one level for ease of mobility. Each unit features three main floor single bedrooms, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, upright freezer, microwave, plus a toaster, coffee pot, kettle and cups), living room, dining room with seating for 4 and patio area. Additionally, there is a telephone with a ethernet cable internet connection in each bedroom and in the dining room.

All townhouses are equipped with a television with basic cable. Also, every unit is supplied with a vacuum, mop, bucket, broom, and dustpan. The townhouse laundry rooms are  located in a separate building in each townhouse community.  The washer and dryers are card-operated.  The cards can be picked up upon request at the Bartley Front Desk and loaded in the foyer.

Townhouse accommodations are rented out per UNIT only. Payment and assigning roommates must be arranged by the contact person booking the unit.

Subject to availability, our accommodations offer basic and fully-equipped townhouses. Our fully-equipped units offer all of the features of a basic unit plus the following:

• Dishes and cutlery
• Cooking supplies and small appliances for meal preparation (e.g. mixing bowls, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, glasses, can/bottle opener and teapot)
