Outdoor Recreation, Parks & Tourism
Lakehead University’s Outdoor Recreation, Parks & Tourism (ORPT) program is the only one of its kind in Canada. Offering several double degree options as well as a Concentration in Therapeutic Recreation, ORPT is unique in that it integrates both theoretical and applied perspectives and covers a breadth of subject areas including outdoor leadership, nature-based tourism, protected areas management, and therapeutic recreation.
