Sand and Slurry Jets

Mixing of sand in water has many engineering applications in industry such as dredging disposal and underwater covering of toxic wastes. Investigation of sand and slurry jets can be performed using laboratory experiment and numerical modeling. Funding is available for two projects via NSERC Discovery Grant.
