Documents

Documents must cover the full academic year - 1st day of Fall term to last day of Winter term.  In 2nd, 3rd and 4th year, your yearly requirements, (Criminal Records Check & 1 Step TB Skin Test) must not be processed until after the last day of classes in winter term).  If renewing BLS certificate or Mask Fit certificate please ensure it is done on a date that will cover you for the balance of your time as a student of Nursing.  

Deadline Date for:  

1st year students is October 20th

2nd, 3rd and 4th year students is June 1st prior to the upcoming Academic year
