Join SAS is creating a Happiness Jar for 2023! Bring your own jar or decorate one provided by SAS.

Start the year with an empty jar. Each time something happens in your life that brings you joy or just makes you feel good, write it down. Add that note to your jar. On New Year's Eve empty the jar and read about the joyful year you had!

We'll also be leaving the materials and instructions out for the rest of the week for students to come in and make jars when they have time.
